Return Policy

Return Policy: You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed for a full refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items in the original packaging may be returned. You are responsible for any shipping costs and arrangements.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@bookoo-orgnaics within 48 hours after the delivery date. Items will only be replaced if defective or damaged and exchanges are for the exact item or variation purchased only. If the defective or damaged item is no longer available you will receive an in-store credit for the price of the damaged good. If a defective or damaged item returned shows any signs of damage deemed responsible by the purchaser, (i.e. opened bags, broken seals) there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to the original cost of the item.
